Johnny turned 3 last Sunday, we had his party on Saturday. He was so excited to invite his friends to his Lightning Mcqueen birthday party.

We made cars; complete with steering wheels and license plates. Then we did a obstacle course race and played red light green light. Johnny held onto his little steering wheel the whole time and made a car noise too. So cute!

Johnny asked for a Lightning Mcqueen cake, it took me awhile to figure out what to do. I finally thought of this race track cake, thankfully he loved it!!
He blew out the candles like a champ! He acted a little surprised when he blew them out, like he didn't expect it to be so easy... maybe that is me projecting, I still remember last year when he needed a little help to blow out the candles.
Leo gave Johnny these Lightning Mcqueen jamies. He has worn them almost every night since.
